In 1962 Mr. J.G.F. Coolegem established the nautical/technical surveying and consulting company under his own name and the company is meanwhile over 55 years renown in the Dutch and international marine surveying business.
In the course of the years the company steadily developed with new surveyors and partners and the name changed accordingly in Coolegem & De Neef and later on in Coolegem, de Neef & Zeldenrust.
In 2006 after further expansion of the company it was decided not to extend the meanwhile long and internationally complicated company name any further and to introduce the abbreviation CNZ as a logo, which over time became commonly used as company name.
As of 1 January 2015 the company name was officially changed to CNZ Marine
with the motto: We only change our name, not our service !
